Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and client-focused Insurance Advisors to join our growing team. As an Insurance Advisor, you will play a key role in helping individuals and families protect what matters most, while also empowering them to build long-term financial security. You will provide tailored insurance and financial solutions that align with our mission of guiding clients toward financial freedom.
Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and goals.

Educate clients about insurance options, financial planning, and wealth-building strategies.

Recommend appropriate life, health, and investment-linked insurance products to address client needs.

Develop customized financial solutions, including protection, savings, investment, and retirement plans.

Assist clients with policy applications, claims, and ongoing account servicing.

Meet individual and team sales targets while upholding the company’s core values.

Continuously update knowledge on financial markets, insurance products, and regulatory guidelines.

Participate in training, seminars, and team activities to enhance professional growth.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Psychology, or any related field (preferred but not required).

Previous experience in sales, financial services, or customer relationship management is an advantage.

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Willingness to learn and continuously improve financial knowledge and advisory skills.

Licensed Financial Advisor (or willingness to undergo licensing and training).
